I am very unhappy with this purchase because many common drugs were not listed even when they were in the index. I turned to the page from the index but no drug was found, only as a side effect of another drug. It also doesn't list many of the supplements that people use. I would not recommend this book for this reason.
An almost perfect book. It lacks a few of the newer drugs, but honestly I don't know how any book could keep up. I like the layout of each drug and especially the part of special dental considerations. I've had the book for a few months and I've only had a couple drugs that were difficult to find due to the generic/brand name discrepencies. It's easy and quick to access.The one area I would like to see improved is another index categorizing drugs by groups, such as Benzodiazepenes, CCBs, anesthetics, etc. and what general characteristics and precautions each group presents. I think that would make this book perfect in my mind.
This will be so great to use in our clinic. We already use the last edition until it was so beat up! Hurry and send it-

What a cliffhanger!I highly recommend this the first of three books!
I was a little disappointed. I love end-times/apocalyptic novels and pretty much only read Christian fiction for the great story lines but also clean language and without sex and extreme violence. That’s just not entertainment for me personally. So I’m very appreciative when an author can give a good story without including all the things that others feel is necessary for a good book. Though this author explains the need for her language choices due to the severity of the situation , other authors have been able to write about this same time period without those language choices, for which I’m grateful. We can all imagine what could be said in those situations without seeing it in print or having to be subjected to it. I usually don’t write a review if it is not a good one but I just want to encourage Christian writers to stay with their core values and give us good, clean entertainment with a great story line. I’m sorry that I won’t be reading the remaining books in the series for this reason. This is just a personal conviction, not to judge, as everyone must follow their own convictions.
I LOVED this book!!! First of all I am a very slow reader and need excitement on every page. The type of excitement that combines strong characters, plot twists and eventually the love between a beautiful loyal wolf and his fearless mistress is awesome!! (Don't get me wrong, this book may include a lot of strong feelings and love, but it isn't for the faint of heart) I just couldn't get enough of Ash and Sera!! I don't want to spoil anything, so that's as far as I'll go. This wonderful author really knows how to tug at every emotion in a brand new and exciting way!! I cannot wait for book 2!!!!
This novel was a page turner and hard to put down!! The overall thematic plot was prophetic in its telling! The nature of the characters and how things unfolded was always a guessing game! I enjoyed the viewpoint from this young characters eyes. The action was fast paced and gripping. I had to wonder what was up with Micah and how did he fit in? Very interesting... very! By the way, I was taken back at first with Ash, but as we got more along in the novel I wanted to see him fit more and more into the action!Very much looking forward to the next two volumes of the Trilogy. Powerful and purposeful!

How long do I have to wait for the next installment?Ms. Leonhard understands the mind of an atheist as portrayed by the protagonist. She avoids straw man arguments from both the Christian and atheist viewpoints and instead gives one of the most honest depictions I've seen in fiction of the interactions and thoughts of the opposing mindsets.While the prophecies of the Bible give an outline of the events at the end of the world, many details are left vague or open to speculation. This book provides some viable possibilities that are new to my thinking. That's what makes this so intriguing. Whether you believe this stuff or not, The Goliath Code is a great read.

Killer Sudoku adds another dimension to Sudoku which both complicates and simplifies the game. Not only must the solver deal with restrictions of horizontal and vertical dimensions, and boxes, s/he must also cope with arbitrary 'cages' drawn around random numbers, with the numerical total given in a corner. As with any restriction in this game, this means the puzzle-worker must consider yet another factor when solving. However, the restriction can aid in solution, as well, since (for instance) a five square cage numbered 35 can only contain the numbers 5 through 9.I first met this type of puzzle through The London Times, and still cannot bring myself to work anyone else's version. Fortunately, The Times feeds my addiction by publishing their accumulated works on a regular basis. Puzzles from Easy to Deadly are published in their regular Killer Sudoku series, and puzzles ranked only Deadly to Extra Deadly are published in their Ultimate Killer Sudoku series.Buying these books saves the puzzler a great deal of money, since otherwise, s/he would have to pay the regular newspaper subscription price.
I have been doing these puzzles for years, but the paper quality is getting so bad that you can't erase. My pencils don't write on the paper properly, like there's some kind of coating on the paper. I still love the puzzles, but have to find some on better paper. I write clues for myself to help me solve them, but the paper almost tears when I try to erase them.
The big thing I like about this whole series of killer su doku books is that the puzzles are dependably CORRECT (in addition to being very challenging and original)! In some other books, especially those delving into killer su doku, and trying to make them hard, rules are often violated (most notably the rule about duplicate digits inside a cage or the requirement of a unique solution). I've NEVER seen a rule violation in this series, and I've solved hundreds of these puzzles. Kudos!
Wow!! I've been doing these puzzles for several years and these are super difficult. Only purchase this book if you've got a lot of time on your hands and don't mind an occasional sneak peek at the answers. The size of the book is perfect to take with you, yet the puzzles are clear and easy to read.
The Times Ultimate Killer Su Doku: The Deadliest of All Killer Su DokusI had picked up one of this series in a book store and had almost finished it. It was so good that I did not want it to end. I checked Amazon and was delighted to find the rest of the series. I bought them and now smileThese are difficult Sudokus, with an overlay of a KenKen puzzle. Each entry must satisfy the rules for both puzzles, simultaneously. They are rated at about 1.5 hours. Expect to spend at least half that time, and sometimes over two hours. A big challenge but all the more satisfying to complete. If this seems daunting, Amazon has a similar series, a step down in difficulty, by the same publisher. You can start at the lower level and work up to the top, if you prefer.
I am hooked! These are Sudoku puzzles with an additional constraint that is similar to Ken-Ken puzzles. This does not necessarily make them more difficult, but they will require 20-30 minutes of intense concentration. That is a good thing for some of us who have the time. The puzzles are at a sudoku expert level. They seem harder at first, but as one gains experience with the additional constraints, the solutions come easier.
Pretty good book of killer sudoku puzzles. Challenging enough and I learned one new technique I hadn't know about. Paper quality not my favorite, but it's ok. As I've done with all my sudoku puzzle books, I took it to my local Fed Ex store and had the spine cut off and replaced with spiral binding. Although it's an additional cost, it's much easier to handle. For the months of enjoyment I get from the books it's worth the expense to me.
this is the first book of the series. it is the standard. killer sudoku is a combination of Sudoku and Kakuro. it has the rules of both. not only do all the rows, columns and subsquares have all the digits, but the cells are grouped such that each group has a sum. has become my favorite puzzle. although the book is normal paperpack size, the puzzles are as big as the larger selling competition versions. no waste of small and simple puzzles, it is a book filled with brown and black belt level. highly recommended - the whole series. best of genre
